With these accessories, you can replace used parts in your smoker. The stainless steel fire pit, delivered on its own, is an essential element in the smoker. Placed inside the stove, this is where the sawdust burns and gives off the smoke necessary for smoking. The fireplace is composed of a base that is raised to limit the heating of the bottom of the stove, as well as a grid welded by multiple points to the base. The fire pit is removable, allowing for easy and quick evacuation of ashes. All stainless steel for durability The stainless steel smoker has been designed by de Buyer for cold (30°C max) or hot smoking. It can be used outdoors, away from the wind, or in a well-ventilated place. The smoking temperature is adjusted by moving the stove closer or away from the smoking chamber. The closer the smoking enclosure is to the stove, the higher the smoking temperature and vice versa. The fire pit is delivered on its own, no smoker and no stove (sold separately).
